MS Projects & Smartsheet Import/Export Issues

Hello,

I'm having issues exporting and importing plans from MS Projects to Smartsheet's. After doing some Googling, it looks like there's an issue with the successors that MS Projects use. Does anyone know a trick or way around this to make the process easier?

We're currently trying to migrate to Smartsheet's from MS Project but we have existing projects from clients in flight. What I'm trying to do, at least for the time being, is have a simple way I can take the client's MS Project plan, import it to Smartsheet's and then be able to do that as many times as needed based on changes made to the MS Project plan. It would also be great if I could do a clean export back to MS Projects once any changes are made on the Smartsheet's side.

Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated!
