Why do my resolved tickets move to the last few rows of my sheet?

We created an IT ticket template and created a helper sheet using the Resolved as the parent row and when we change the status to resolved we want it to become a child under that Resolved parent row, and it is moving under the Resolved but its moving it all the way towards the bottom of the sheet so that we have to scroll all the way down and then drag it up, how can we fix this?
