Sorting between SmartSheets

I am fairly new with Smartsheet but wish to create 62 separate sheets that will track various organizational activities.

 

My question is this.  Let's say that 15 teams (each tracking their activities on a separate smartsheet) all take the same training.  Is there a way for me to do a sort so that a list of these 15 teams will come up?
