Form Templating

Hi all,

Is there any methods out there where I can provide a populate template in a free text field based off a drop down selection?

For example, in the Team column they select Team A and in the free text field it populates:

"TFN:

ID:

Segments:

Etc.:"

If they select Team B the free text field populate a different set of options.

I'm trying to avoid making new columns.
