How can people I am sharing a smartsheet with print out all the detail in a pdf not just the gaant chart?

Set the sheet up to look like you want it to print like by siizing the column widths, Hiding columns you dont wsh to print, then using the Print Icon in the toolbar, choose the right choices to suit your sheet in the menu that follows. That should give you what you seek?
You could alternatively just take a screen grab, sometimes that is better?
