when nothing from Index/match

Hello,
when there is no return from index/match, instead of marking it N/A, it randomly picks any value which making the match incorrectly.
any tips?

Without seeing the data, I would verify the references on the sheets don't have duplicates. Index Match requires unique identifiers. In the {PDM_May2023} column, there may be duplicate values in the [KN Email]@row column as well.
