Freezing top row OR colour the header row

Am I able to freeze row 1 on a sheet so when people fill out the form, the data imports underneath row one?

OR

Can I change the colours of the header row like I have with row 1?

SERIOUSLY? we can't freeze the header row?? (speechless).

Please put this feature on the roadmap ASAP. This is a basic-level requirement for a spreadsheet. I just started a new job where they use this platform and I'm already losing literally hours each week to losing my place and having to check the column labels and then remind myself what I was trying to find in the first place. I've had to make separate web bookmarks for different rows. This isn't just a pain point, it's a full-on broken hip.

Agree with the above. the ability to change colour of the headers is really useful when different user groups are accessing the same sheet. please look to add to the roadmap.
