European GDPR compliance

we are using the above URL for Managing smartsheet but not the Smartsheet EU, anyone can tell we are under European GDPR on processing data or do we need to change to Smartsheet EU to come under European GDPR

As far as I know, you're GDPR compliant even if you're not using the EU one.
