I am trying to count the number of dates that are greater than or equal to todays date with this for

The sheet comes back with "unparseable"

Could you use a report to solve this? You could filer the report on the above criteria and use the summarise function to count the rows returned.
Did this solve the issue Yes/No?

Thanks for your reply Phil, but the field is an active field in the spreadsheet that needs to updated automatically and this a formula worked in Excel but has some syntax problem in Smartsheet that I can't see at this point.
