Does anyone have a way to automate when attachments are added to offboard them to a file storage?

I have a intake form that automates to get DocuSign signatures. I would like to have the attachments that are created and added to rows to be automatically imported into another system (NetDocs). Has anyone done this before and what tools did you use?
I am thinking of using power automate but wanted to know if feasible before I go down that route.

@Trish Dillon - may depend on what options you have within Netdocs. The intake form is a Smartsheet form?

@Sheryl P - Yes, the form is a smartsheet form. Answers from the form are then automated to create a DocuSign to the email they provided in the form. It attaches to row in the smartsheet.
I would like it to be filed in ND once received. I don't know if that needs to be done from docusign or smartsheet using Powerautomate of some other tool.
