Transferring sheets to other owner

We have an enterprise account. When someone leaves, I move their sheets to another person. I need to have the functionality to look someone up vs. having to scrolls through literally hundreds of names. Ideally, in addition to being able to look someone up, I'd also have the ability to transfer the sheets to more than one person.

Hi Jacque,

There currently isn't functionality for this in the edit user dialogue.

You might consider transferring all of their sheets to you before removing their license (using the same bulk sheet transfer process), then you can place the sheets in workspaces and have others take ownership of the workspaces.

I know the functionality doesn't exist. I thought this was where I was supposed to post and request it? Is there somewhere else where I should be asking?

Apologies for misunderstanding you...the best channel for requesting this feature is via the Product Enhancement Request form under Quick links on the right of the community site. This feedback goes directly to our Product team and gives them a way to communicate back to you, if needed.

We still encourage submitting your questions in the community as well in case you're curious as to any possible workarounds.

There's a giant gap in the transfer process. If Person A leaves the group, his or her workspaces may be doled out to several people. There's no process to selectively choose how to transfer projects. It's all or nothing.
