Nested Formula Help

I am trying to use this formula and it is not working. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix?

=IF(AND(ISNUMBER(Results@row, ISBLANK([Results Symbol]@row, Results@row > [Conventional Spec]@row))), 1, 0)

=IF(AND(ISNUMBER(Results@row),ISBLANK([Results Symbol]@row),Results@row > [Conventional Spec]@row), 1, 0)
