When creating a form with dropdowns, can I limit dropdown selection based on previous question?

I have a form link being sent daily via automation. I have a column with Facility Name (currently only 10 names). I want this field to prepopulate based on the response from the previous question. Is this possible?

Yes, you could add multiple so-called helper columns and combine them with the Conditional Logic feature, but it's a viable option depending on how many options you have/need.

You didn't show how it's done. Guess I can't use you because you are too advanced and it appears you don't think it is necessary to show what you mean.

Yes, but you would have to add as many columns with the specific options to make it work.
