Hi, How do I make this count blanks?
=COUNTIFS({Range 2}, "name", {Range 1}, "30 days", {Range 3}, "Ready Re-insp" {Range 3}, "ISBLANK")) I've tried Range 3}, " "))

Have you tried adding an IFERROR where if the cell is blank you can add a - then add the countif that column has a -
