Hi Team, Can some one help. When I am running the COUNTIFS formulae on another sheet, it just runs fine. However when I am doing the same on a sheet which was other COUNTIFS, it is throwing this error .. Can you suggest a resolution.

Hey,
This happens a lot when you have too much going on with you count formulas or when you have too many references. I suggest reducing these by making some sheet summary formulas.
