Backing up sheets


Hi all, quick question. How do you backup a worksheet? For example if something gets deleted in the attachments and I want to find it, I saw on the message boards that you can access it with a backup sheet....but how do back up a sheet?

    For workspaces you can right mouse click and pick schedule reoccurring backups. You will get an email once a week with a link to download the backup.

    You can also use Data Shuttle to export a specific sheet as csv on a regular basis. We have some sheets that get exported every hour.
