Trying to lookup most recent

Hi New to smartsheet

So my goal is to lookup only a value from the most recent row in another sheet and preform a calculation

Example. What I am trying to build is a countdown to Preventive maintenance for some of my fleet vehicles as entered on forms

The idea is when row 1 on this sheet is updated (oil change preformed) the formula on another sheet will only look for data in the most recent row and calculate life remaining

I was able to get it somewhat working by utilizing the "large" lookup from the other sheet but that also changes the historical data. Any help would be appreciated

Use the max command on a Modified Date column to find the last change and pull the data from the column you need based on that.
