Do any other companies have issues administering accounts to individuals with trial?
We have a recurring issues with individuals requesting Smartsheet licences and us being unable to allocate them due to them being associated with another account - this I believe to be related to them having had a trial licence previously. Does anyone else experience this and do you have any guidance please?

Is it because they own Smartsheet items in the trial account but you are trying to add them to your account as unlicensed?

Hi Paul,
Thanks for replying. We are adding them as licenced users, but I think as they have a trial under a different account (but the same email address) it's throwing back an error which is tricky as we can't access the trial to upgrade etc as it's not under our company account.
