Smartsheet certification - stuck in lobby?
I am trying to take the exam on Chrome with pop-ups enabled and I am in the...lobby? Assuming that I am waiting for someone to come and proctor the exam? There is no option to "Start Recording" and there's no support line for Invigulus, nor clouddesigns.io. Thoughts?

The Smartsheet University is currently experiencing an issue with the proctor delivery tool (see below); this should be resolved later today so please do continue to check in on the main Certification Exam home page for updates:

Thank you Genevieve. May I suggest that someone there have the support email added to the proctoring tool so if these issues come up, we know who to reach out to? Currently, there's no support mechanism there.
