Contacts Display Name vs Email
Hi
We have some Contacts who display as their name rather than emails in Contact Columns.
This has thrown our Matching and Indexing out from other sheets as the formulas dont pick up Contacts where the Display Name is shown rather than email address's - they just return a #NO MATCH.
Is there a way for a formula to recognise both and pull through the relevant data?
Unfortunately i'm one of the main culprits as my Contact always displays as a name rather than email whenever i'm in a sheet 🙄
Thanks
Gavin

I would recommend creating a contact list and having them all in that to make it uniform for all that use the sheet. Them just adjust your formula to read for the names.

Thanks @Kleerfyre
The Column is a Contact List but for some reason if your details display as First Name, Surname rather than email address any formulas on other sheets wont pick this up as a match to an email address.

Do you have to have the email address in your formula or could you make a different reference? Please share your formula.
