Cannot access Certification Exam
Has anyone else who paid for the Core Product Certification 2023 not been able to find where to actually take the exam?
I paid for mine less than 60 days ago using the discount code given to those who signed up for the waitlist. Now in my account when I click through to take the exam it's only giving me an option to pay for it again.

Yep, I am having the same issue. Paid for the exam less than 60 days ago and now it asks for me to pay again.

Hello @Kleerfyre - the fastest resolution came from responding to the emailed receipt which should ping smartu@smartsheet.com and they helped me out in a few hours.

@SS_PM I got an email response from them a few days ago that stated they fixed it for me. Hope to take the exam within the next week.
