Tracking the overall RYG trend

We would like to track the # of weeks a project has been in its current status (e.g., # of weeks in Red). For example, has a project just turned red or has it been red for 6 weeks in a row?

So far, I've figured we could keep a separate sheet whether the week's status is recorded (RYG), but how can I count the # of weeks it has been unchanged?

Why don't you setup a workflow that records a date (requiring a new column to be added on your sheet) when the status changes? For the calculation could you use the created date for that row? Would that not work?

    Hi @ccwells

I hope you're well and safe!

You can add multiple so-called helper columns that could register the change date through a Workflow and use that for all the status options and measure the time between each.

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
