Does anyone know if it is possible to transfer ownership of a Smartsheet/Salesforce integration?

A former co-worker of mine created a Smartsheet to Salesforce integration and I need to modify it. Does anyone know a way to accomplish this? When attempting to edit an integration I myself have not created I am only seeing the options to delete or disable. Any help appreciated!

If you want to modify a Smartsheet to Salesforce integration that was created by someone else, you'll need to ensure that you have the necessary permissions and access rights.

Here are a few steps you can take to check if you have the required access and attempt to modify the integration:

    1. Confirm your access: Verify that you have the appropriate permissions in both Smartsheet and Salesforce to modify integrations. Check with your system administrator or IT department to ensure you have the necessary privileges.
    2. Integration ownership: If the integration was created by your former co-worker and they still have access to it, they may need to transfer ownership to you. Reach out to your co-worker and ask them to transfer the integration ownership to your account. Once ownership is transferred, you should be able to edit the integration.
    3. Reach out to support: If you're unable to modify the integration even after confirming your access and ownership, it's recommended to contact Smartsheet's support team. They will be able to provide assistance specific to your situation and help you troubleshoot any issues you're facing.

Remember that modifying an integration, especially one created by someone else, may have broader implications. Make sure to fully understand the integration's functionality and consult with your team or relevant stakeholders before making any changes.

Additionally, keep in mind that the integration between Smartsheet and Salesforce may involve different tools or middleware solutions, so understanding the specific integration setup and configuration will be crucial to successfully modify it.
