Automated email to assigned people on a spreadsheet for updates

I have a sheet that has multiple lines assigned to different people. I'd like to send an automated email 14 days prior to an event day to update all the lines that are assigned to them. I dont want to use the Request an update workflow because it does it like a form and I really need it to be in a spreadsheet. Is it possible??

The alert will only send them rows that they are listed as assigned to. The entire sheet will not be shown in the email.

You can set up an alert automation. The trigger would be daily and a condition would be where the date field is in 14 days.

If you have a contacts column then you can use that in your automation.
What I would do is have a hidden column with a formula to subtract 14 days from the event day.
Then I would create automation from scratch, trigger is "When a date is reached".
Instead of typing a date, select "Date Field" and reference the new date column with the 14 days subtracted.
Then select "alert someone" and from the dropdown menu select "send to contact in a cell" and choose the contacts column.
