Update column is updating the entire sheet

I open a sheet and look for a row, however the system column "update date" updates the entire sheet.

As you can see in the top row I added a comment and saved it, however, every row appears to be "Modified" by me at the same time.

Do you have any formulas in the sheet?

Yes, I look for duplicate entries, also system dates.

Depending on what those formulas are, they could be triggering the updates to the modified columns.
