Cell Linking Option is Greyed out

Hi!
I am trying to link multiple sheets into a master sheet and was exploring the option of cell linking. Was following all the instructions available online however the cell linking option is greyed out. I am using a Smartsheet Enterprise plan. Hope somebody is able to help.

Which part exactly is grayed out? Are you able to provide some screenshots as well as the steps you are taking to create the cell links?
