Smartsheet Notifications Download Capability?

Is there a way to download as a CSV or any file format all the "Notifications" generated from a sheet? This is for auditing purposes on VP approvals and approval dates through the Smartsheet Automation.

There is no way to download a report like this. You can track approval dates though by setting up a date type column and a Record A Date automation set to trigger when the approval column changes to "Approved".
