Can I add an import template for the user to download and then import before they submit the form?

Is the Template an Excel File or something else?

If it's an excel file, is there a reason why you can't use the form to collect the data?

If you select the text that you want to turn into a link, click on the icon on the farthest right side. (see screenshot)
