Blank/empty attachment in preview mode

Hello, I have uploaded some PDF files to a spreasdheet; if I download them, they are ok, but if I open them in preview mode their content does not appear, the document is blank. This is happening with a few PDF attachments, but not with all of the attachments of the sheet and I can't understand why.

Does anyone have a suggestion to fix this?

Have you tried downloading a manual or something you didn't have before and uploading it to Smarrtsheet?

Is it blank too?

Hi, no it is not blank. The sheet I have contains a lot of attachments, and only a few of them are blank, it seems quite random as it works on some docs and not on others. I’ve tried updating my computer and adobe but that didn’t’ work.
