Permission
Hi,
I would like to ask is there any where to show the history of the permission level shared ?

Hi @Man Chui
If you're on a Business or Enterprise plan, you can see when an item was shared by checking out the Activity Log on the sheet.
If you then expand that row it will tell you what level of permission was granted:
It also shows you who it was that shared the sheet. I'll remove your Product Idea because this is already available! 🙂
Cheers,
Genevieve

Hi @Man Chui
I hope you're well and safe!
Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
Best,

Thanks Geneieve.
Would like to share a case:
Firstly, I checked history to understand who "reordered the column", but none of them were admins.
Wonder if the permission level had changed during the past period, so I checked the activity log and selected the "sharing" action but couldn't find any history of them being admin in the past.

Hi @Man Chui
Is it possible that your Editors were working in the sheet at the same time as an Admin? Sometimes a merge-save can happen if the sheet is saved while multiple people are working in it. This can sometimes put the Editor's name next to a column reorder action even though it was the Admin in the sheet at the time.
