Pulling a list of users who are taking a course

I need assistance with creating an automated report for each course in my spreadsheet. The spreadsheet contains information about courses and learners. Instead of manually creating reports for over 100 courses, I want to establish a link from each course entry that leads to a report or filtered spreadsheet listing the participants.

Essentially, I'm looking for a solution where, in the main spreadsheet, I can click on a course link and be directed to a report or filtered spreadsheet displaying the participants for that specific course. Could someone help me devise a method to achieve this?

Hey @topazfae,

Would a report with filters work for you? you can have a link to the report and then apply a filter (pre defined) so it will only show that specific person.

If I missed your point let me know and maybe add a snapshot so i can try again :)

It will work but that means I have ot create 100 reports because there are 100 courses. I am looking for automatic process.

What I meant is that you can have a filter with the course type so then 1 report is enough, maybe if you can add a snapshot it will help me understand a bit better.
