Adding a Program in Control Center

I have (1) program in control center, I'm trying to add an additional program for another department, I'm not finding any option to add. Can additional programs be added?

1. It depends on your Smartsheet contract.
2. Someone at Smartsheet has to create the program, as far as I know, you can't do it yourself. I'd reach out to your CSM.
