Smartsheet training status - Organisation view

Kia ora,

I am the owner of Smartsheet in our organisation and if someone is wanting a licence I allocate them one upon agreement with their manager that they will undertake Smartsheet uni within a 2mth period of receiving the licence. I then create a Teams channel so they can discuss internally any issues they have and any winning moments as well.

Is there any way to track the status of each person without having to go to them individually and ask to see their current status?

Not directly. In the past I have set up a basic Smartsheet with each course listed along with a start and end date and had my people just fill that out as they went through the various courses.

I also require them to send me a screenshot of the confirmation that they completed the course
