How to view a list of workspace attachments

We are attaching some documents to a workspace that are not specific to a sheet. However, there is no way to view the "list" of items that have been attached within that workspace folder. Is there a way to see these items without having to click on the paper clip? Users would not know there are attachements there unless someone showed them. Seems odd.

To my knowledge the only way to view the attachements is by clicking the paper clip icon.

Sorry to disappoint and hopefully someone will join with a better solution!
