Calculating a Dollar Amount from Percentage and Total # column
I am trying to create a formula row that looks at the total dollar amount of a budget ($100,000) and breaks it out into dollar amounts based on percentages in another column. For example:
Percent Allocation column/row has 73% in it, and I have a field with a total budget number ($100,000). I want to populate another column with the dollar amount with 73% of $100,000 (aka $73,000).
How can I accomplish this??

Is this something you want to setup as a column formula, or just in one place on a sheet?
You will want something similar to:
=[Budget]@row * [Percent Allocation]@row
