Smartsheet Forms - Vlookup to auto-populate choice on form

Hi There-

Wondering if this form functionality exists... When someone selects "SEM Vendor" from the dropdown, I would like the "Ship to Location" field to auto-fill by a v-look up on a different sheet.... But if the vendor does not want the default location I would like them to be able to overwrite it on the form.

That functionality does not exist within the form. Formulas can only calculate based on data that is in the sheet. Form data does not exist in the sheet until the form has been submitted.
