Healthcare staffing templates?

Hello, I am very new to Smartsheets, and I would like to know if there are any healthcare templates that we can use for our agency. We track referrals from the sources. We monitor the status of the referral based on the clinician's acceptance to treat the patients. So we input a lot of data, which sometimes can be overwhelming to our scheduling team.
