How to get data from a file on box to Smartsheet sheet. Is there a way without using any Add on.

@Ayushi Saxena, I don't use Box with SS, but have you taken a look at this page?
Box | Smartsheet
If you don't find a readymade solution here, the only non-Add-on way would be through the API, which would require a developer.
