How do I use percentage formulas to breakdown responses

Options

I am currently tracking a project and have 4 columns that use the following values - pass, fail - see notes, n/a, not tested. How can I break this down % wise to see which line items have passed, failed, n/a or not tested per column? The goal would be to roll the information up to a report then up to a dashboard.

    Hello @SMSeddiq

You could try using the AVERAGEIF() function.

Group the report by the values (pass, fail - see notes, n/a) and summarize the average of the averageif() column.

If you're using a new sheet for each project, you can also try a summary report to get an entire view of all the projects and avoid creating unnecessary columns in the sheet. For this to work, you need to have a workspace containing the sheets. The sheets can't be within any folders. I would designate their own personal workspace to save the files. Otherwise, you'll have to re-select the folder every time you want to update the report.
