created date functionality more than once in the sheet

I would like to have possibility to use created date function more than once in a sheet and have possibility to assign created date column not only to the whole row but also to columns chose by me, i.e. I would like to se when and what time somebody changed status of a task, what date and time somebody finished task. Would be great If you can make duration calculation. You can easly measure peoples' performance etc.

You can use a Record a Date workflow to add a date when a change is made in a specific column, see: Set the current date with the Record a date action

If you need to view times, the Owner or Admin of the sheet can check the Activity Log (available on Business and Enterprise plans) and filter by specific changes to see exactly who made a change at what time, see: Track changes with the activity log

Date yes, but not date and time. Created date functionality is giving back date and time, but can be used only once per sheet.

I would like to have possibility to measure duration time not only dates. It is not enough from my perspective.

Thanks for clarifying! In this case, it sounds like your request is the same as a "Timestamp" feature. There is another Idea here that you can add your vote and comments to, see: Date and Timestamp Action in an Automation Workflow
