Link to one row - where viewers can see live updates on row

Hi,

I have a large tracking sheet that I use, and would like to create links where I can share with others just one specific row with view only access, however I don't want the viewers to be able to see any other rows.

I have hundreds of rows that I would like to do this for, and don't want to manually create a report for each row.

I am using control center to create a dashboard off each of these rows and would be open to include an additional sheet/report in each template to pull in the row information with the comments, however I would like it to be updated with the latest comments in the conversations and I don't see a way to hook up only this specific row and that it will continuously update the comments from the linked row from the main tracking sheet.

Any ideas how this can be done?

In short, I really need a way to just share the conversations on one specific row at a time with a link to outside people - but need them to be able to see it live as I want them to see all new comments posted as well.

I'm not sure if I am fully understanding but I have a sheet that forms are submitted to and I only wanted the most recent update available on the sheet so I created a separate sheet to pull in the data that I needed.

Date updated formula on my sheet is =Max({Date})

On same row in my report sheet I have a 6-week Callout column with the below formula

=INDEX(COLLECT({6week}, {Date}, [Date Updated]@row), 1)

I then pull this row into my dashboard for everyone to see the most recent updates submitted. Only myself and the person submitting can see all of the rows. Everyone else only sees the most updated row in my dashboard.
