How to update a column of Hyperlinks as a group
Hi
I have a data base within which has a column with hyperlinks to key information documents. The file location of these documents has been updated from a 'draft' file location to a 'final' file location as we have now complete this stage of the project. The file structure under the main folder has been maintained.
As a result the hyperlinks in our data base no longer work. We need to update the beginning of the hyperlink details only - ie: "H/Draft/Process 1" to "M/Final/Process 1".
Is there a way to do a find and replace within the hyperlinks, rather than having to individually update all the links?
Thanks
Michelle

I hope you're well and safe!
Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
Here's a possible workaround or workarounds
- Might be possible with the Smartsheet API or the Premium App, Bridge.
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

To add.
I fit would work to show the URLs instead, we could use formulas or find/replace.

Andree - you wouldn't happen to have formula that turn the info text into the url text?

Hi All... was there a solution to this?
I have the same issue for 1500 items in my smartsheet material list. Having to do all of them manually, is daunting. Seems as though there would be a simple formula or option like find/replace to do this sort of thing.
Thank you!
