How to trigger a sheet to execute its math formulas without opening the sheet

We use a Master Project sheet to track our project status'. The Master sheet pulls multiple data points per sheet from up to 50 sheets. The problem comes in that the math formulas within unopened sheets will not execute unless the sheet is opened. Having more than 50 sheets is a real problem to open each one every morning so the data gets updated at least once a day. Is there any method to trigger all the sheets to update without having to open each one?

Sheets can be activated by opening them directly, receiving an update request, receiving a form submission, or having an automation change or add something.

Generally I will set up a hidden date type column and then set up a Record A Date automation to run every day entering the date in the hidden date type column. This will activate the sheet without requiring that it be opened.
