It is a good thing I have an idea where this came from otherwise the notification would not matter. There is no indication of the worksheet anywhere. Not cool Smartsheet!!! NOT COOL!!

Hey @MMerin

It looks like the person who set up the workflow alert selected "Message Only" when building the notification.

I would recommend responding to that email to let them know you need more context in the future.

They can either include the sheet link in the email or use placeholders to include more data from the row. Feel free to send them this Help Article for more information: Customize the content of your alerts and requests

Yes, you are right and it is now fixed. However, at a minimum, even with Message Only, it should state the name of the worksheet.
