Send recurring update request by single row

    Dear Smart Community,

    Is it possible to send recurring update request by single row instead of all in one based on filter?

    My Scenario below. Every day at 10:00 AM it's run and send update requests with one group without having dynamic comment.


    email received like below, without having dynamic comments.

    but if I run individually

    then I received email with dynamic comment as below.

    How can I set the recurring update request with dynamic comment like above.

    @Ibrahim Khaleel To get the dynamic content, you would need to set the automation up to run immediately when triggered.

    Dear Paul,

    I have set update single row update request to assign email address. while sending it's grouping multiple rows into single update request based on email id.

    Expected result

    but below is actual result

    instead of single email per record it's grouping into one email (base on email).

    I am looking similar to Approval Request. (One row per approval).

    How can I configure update request same like approval request.

    Appreciate your advise to get smart solution.

    Hi @Ibrahim Khaleel

    I hope you're well and safe!

    This is intentional. (see below for details)

    Placeholders will generate separate notifications when using placeholders with Alert or Update Request actions in change-based workflows if six or fewer rows are triggered simultaneously. The custom subject and body will be removed if seven or more rows are triggered at once.
