Sheet will not save changes for me

I have a sheet with a process that has been used for years. For the last 2 days, a handful of people's changes are not being saved (including mine). I own the sheet, so it isn't a permissions thing. It is the only sheet it is happening to. There are no filters on.

Here is what the steps are: 1. I populate the row 2. Hit save 3. Close the sheet 4. Go back to the sheet, and the row is now missing.

I can see the changes that were made in the activity, but it is nowhere on the sheet.

Do sheets corrupt?

Do you have any automations built in? Maybe a move row or clear cell?

Strange!

If there are any move or copy workflows, you should see that in the Activity Log.

If you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.

I'm having the exact same issue. I filter the sheet to show all of my projects, then add a new entry, hit save. I will get out of the filter, but when I search for what I just entered it's not there... It didn't save. Am I doing something wrong?

I have the same issue. I've tried everything. We need answers and they need to be provided ASAP. If I can't do my work, others in my company that rely on my entries can do their work and all is for nothing.

This has been happening to me as well

Ditto. I add comments or make changes and the save button is greyed out. It is the ONLY button greyed out.
I have never seen a program that prevents saves so frequently.
