I would like to permanently remove a logo and use the standard smartsheet logo.

I have an old logo that I am unable to remove permanently. I used to be on a business plan, but now a Pro Plan and I am unable to remove the logo. How can I remove it on my Pro Plan?

You are correct - since Pro Plans are unable to set custom branding on their account, there isn't a way to change what branding is being shown. This means if different branding was set while the account was on a higher level plan (such as Business) then there isn't a direct way to adjust it in-app after the plan has been changed to Pro.

@TTurner - Support will be able to help you with this, yes! Make sure you clarify that you used to be on a Business plan and now cannot change it.
