Can Smartsheet document when an automation is complete?

I want to use Smartsheet automation for a drip campaign and would like it to document the action under the clients information. Does this functionality exist? Thanks!

Possible workarounds

• Smartsheet API
• Premium App, Bridge
• 3rd-party integration, Zapier, or similar

All of the above would have to be connected/supported with your drip solution.

Would any of those options work/help?
