I have configured the Azure AD/O365 login option on my SmartSheet account (not an Enterprise account). Question: How can I disable direct login and thereby force all logins to go through the Microsoft process?

Hey @AdamBrooks

Disabling login options is only available for System Admins on Enterprise Plans (here's more information).

If you're not on an Enterprise account then there currently isn't a way to disable the other options, you would need to educate your users on which login to use instead.

Is there an easy way to get quoted for an Enterprise Plan? We have three users, and we use few boards. The account rep I spoke to told me that it's a complicated process to get a quote for this because my plan needs to be carefully tailored to our operation. I just want it to do what it does now, but with two factor authentication. Unclear why this basic functionality requires such a complex process to obtain...

It's really unbelievable what we have to go through to get basic multifactor authentication for our SmartSheet account. It makes this entire platform very unappealing.
