I moved a Reference sheet...Formula
Hello, I moved a reference sheet. I updated the new reference sheet in my formula but it doesn't update.
I updated the "reference sheet" then since it wasn't updating I rewrote the formula. Still the same: I get the message: #incorrect Argument.
Below is the formula:
=VLOOKUP([Last Name]@row, {Employee Database Range 4}, 5, false)
Thank you!

Make sure your range is covering at least 5 columns.
I also suggest looking into an INDEX/MATCH combo as it is MUCH more flexible and provides much better scaling than VLOOKUP.
=INDEX({Column To Pull From}, MATCH([Last Name]@row, {Last Name Column}, 0))
Come see me in Seattle at ENGAGE 2024! I will be at the 10xViz partner booth throughout as well as the "Lets Talk About Community" Meet & Eat table on Tuesday from 11:45am - 12:45pm!
